Life is tooo short
My perception of life is: Enjoy every moment. Life is too short. You never know what will happen tomorrow.
Once you have experience death of loved ones, its at that time you realise you should cherish what you have.
Do what you want to do. Spend what you want to spend. Eat what you love to eat, no matter how expensive it may be. What is the point of working hard all your life, and realise that you don't get the chance to enjoy what you've accomplished. Whether it be a sickness or an accident. You never know what will happen tomorrow.
Nearly everyone has some sort of debts.. or will have some sort of debt to repay. Is it worth to work hard to pay off the loan, and not have any enjoyment? Some people may think " i should pay off as much as i can, and go on holidays, or buy luxury items when i've paid off the debt ! "
Realistically, when will the debt be paid off? in 15, 20, 25, or 30 years?
Do you know what will happen tomorrow? Let alone, in 15, 20, 25, or 30 years time ?
Do what you want to do, spend what you want to spend, splurge on yourself (once in a while) to make yourself happy, make yourself pretty and reward yourself for all the hard work you've been doing (working 5 days a week! hehe).
Not saying to put yourself into so much debt so that you need to go bankrupt, but as long as your not stealing, or putting yourself into a debt that you can't afford to repay or putting yourself into trouble, then in my view, its acceptable.
Say what you want to say to your friends. Appreciative words are always appreciated. It's never too much to hear. Say it when you still have a chance, otherwise, you may regret it ~

the chinese horoscope - the yr of the dog
According to the Chinese Horoscope 2006, this year is one of the worst years for me. Not too sure if you guys know, but apparently when the year is your animal sign, its bad bad year for you. But this year, supposedly, for me, is worse than my normal animal year. haha.. does that make sense?
I'm already nearly half way through the year and i'm wondering whether its been that bad so far? Is it helping that:
1. I was told to carry a "monkey" of some sort to block the bad things - and I am carrying it with me everywhere.
or
2. I was told I needed to wear something in a circle.. so all the bad things will go in and out of the hole in the middle - and I am wearing it.
I strongly thought 2005 was a bad year for me, apparently 2006 is to be worse.... so if this half of the year has been - ok on average - does that mean theres more to come in the next 6 months? It's a scary thought...

good things vs bad things
"The good thing, about bad things, is that they make way for even better things."
im a great believer of everything happens for a reason. i want to say a big thank you for being here in the last 2 months and bringing me happiness and enlightening my heart. if it wasn't for you, i might not have been able to recover the way i have.
~ you are special and i wish you happiness in every aspect of your life ~

My new car...

After months and months of thinking and re-thinking, i finally put down a deposit for my new car YESTERDAY!
I'll be picking up my car in June.. =) YAY ! Can't wait !!
Car salesmans nowadays don't seem as pushy as those a couple of years ago. No doubt, they can talk & talk & talk.... i was stuck in the one place for 2.5 hours! Is that normal? hehe
Suprisingly thou, when i was in Honda@Eastwood, i was debating whether to get the sports Civic or the standard VTi, the salesman was convincing me not to get the sports.. he said it was not worth it ( and if i was to get the sports, might as well get the basic Euro) and told me he can refer me to get any extras that the sports came with, to get it done elsewhere for less than half the price! I was pretty suprised... but in my head, i was thinking .. I bet he gets commission from his referrals too ! hahha =) He sounded honest & truthful.. i guess this must be their tactics nowadays !
Then i went to the Honda in Homebush & they offered me a way better deal, reduced the price a little & then threw in a couple of extras !
In case you dont know, i dont know much about cars, thanks to my bro who came wif me!
The salesman at Homebush was funny. He was reluctant to reduce the price & had to keep ringing his boss (where his boss was just about to step into a nightclub at 4.30pm on a Sunday arvo~). He dug out some of the contracts that his clients have signed a bought a car on that day too, just to prove to me that Honda is reluctant to reduce the price on the civics because they are so high in demand atm. mmh.. Talk about privacy laws hey? but anyways, on the contract, they really did not reduce the price ... i was suprised. The salesman kept saying, if you bought a Euro, i could reduce the price by about $4,000, and i was like.. ummh.. im not buying a Euro thou..haha... anyways, we still managed to get a pretty good deal out of him !!
hehe... can't wait to pick up my new car now... kekeee =P
