This is our NYE celebration cake! As the clocked ticked over to 2008, we cut this yummy chocolate mousse cake!!
My NYE in HK is very memoriable. Being with my closest & bestest friends, eating a bucket of KFC, followed by snacks & fruit along with famous fortune teller Ms Mak, telling us our 2008 predictions. Apparently, 2008 is going to be a better year for me than 2007.. let's see if it's true!!!
