Another Farewell

I'm sad to say that today I had to say goodbye to a dear dear friend Becs who is leaving for New York tomorrow.
I remember it wasn't that long ago when we were sitting at her Burwood home, having viet noodles for dinner on Burwood Rd, followed by Kettle Chips snacks and 4 bottles of red wine, along with gummies. Laughing and chatting over red wine, painting our nails, while we were tipsy, having the best girly night. I remember waking up the next morning, getting ready, sharing moisturisers, makeup and having a nice breakfast over coffee.
It wasn't that long ago that Becs, K and I were having coffee and talking about our opportunities in Hong Kong and New York.
I also remember continuous non stop support from this dear dear friend. Lots of hugs, lots of reassurance and much much care & love.
I remember the dinners, the yummy blue cheese mussels & chips at Belgium Beer Cafe, yumcha at Marigold and the salt & pepper squids, the afternoon hi teas, lunch at the Fish Markets and steam boating at my house.
The night we went to Croydon for yummy baked rice dinner and still having deep fried ice cream even though we were both stuffed.
I remember Becs, Dida and I sitting around wearing our lion KW necklace together, with big smiles for the camera.
I remember the Jap dinner we had when she came to HK three months ago, the drinks we had - and today I had to say Goodbye and wish her all the best in her new career and in the new exciting life of New York.

Becs, take care of yourself and i'm sure if you don't, Kev will take good care of you. You know that if you need anything, i'm always here for you. Look after yourself and don't forget you promised me that you will always reply my emails and not loose contact ! xxxooo

My Red Date

My yummy red date water ~~!!

The Realistic World

When you become friends with someone, does what they do as a job matter? So what if your high school friends didn't go and do further education after high school eg. University or Masters degree. Why would you think less of them if they were a good friend? Does it matter that they are happily satisfied with a HK$10,000 per month paying job?

Does it matter if certain topics don't interest you? Every one has different interests and not everyones interest, interests the other person. Why can't they share the insight of those experiences with you and vice versa?

Just because you had more studies than some, does it make you naturally think less of others, or perhaps, think down of them. I don't believe so.

I hope that me having a dip in the realistic world of Hong Kong doesn't make me turn out into someone who thinks like that. I don't want to be someone who places grades on people on how much they earn, what they do and what their education background is. It certainly fustrates me to know " a friend " thinks that certain way. I know I cannot change the way that person thinks, but I can definitely control myself from not thinking that way.

V-I-V

I'm so excited! In one more week, I have a VIV - very important vistior coming to visit me from Sydney! Staying for 3 weeks, I wish she can stay here permanently with me! I miss her ever so dearly. It will be so good to spend quality time together.

I can't believe how quickly time is flying. I already have my Sydney friends telling me their schedules to come to HK. Having 4 coming in August, a possible post wedding dinner, some in October, November and Decemeber - and my dear K - booked for the 18th of Feb 08. I can't wait!!

My Palmistry Experience

Somethings happened with my blog and for some reason, I can't add a title to my blog entries. Have to work this out somehow.

Anyways, I went to see a Chinese fortune teller last week, Mr Yeung, recommended by Dee's sister. He wrote on a piece of paper in chinese after giving him my chinese name, date and time of birth. He scrolls for about 30 mins, then talks for another 30 mins. The things he was right was my personality and a couple of other things. However, I question how right he is about my future. Are fortune tellers believable? [99% tell me not - my intellegence tells me not. hehee =)]

It's fun to go and see and hear what they come up with about my future, health, career and relationships - I'm glad I'm not a great believer and I don't take what they say to heart. If I did, I think I'd be tooo busy thinking about every little thing or every person that comes across in my life.

Jaclyn's beautiful baby girl !!

Borned on 7-7-07, weighing 7 pounds and born on the 7th hour!!! =)

The first time going to a hospital in Hong Kong was definitely an experience for me. I caught the MTR to Kowloon Tong and wanted to go to the Kowloon Tong Baptist Hospital. Thought jumping into a cab was the easiest way for me to get there. I was totally wrong!!!

I had to get in and out of THREE cabs - because the driver didn't know what the "Baptist" hospital was. And did I know what it was in chinese? NO.. so i had to get out of the first cab, ring my cousin to ask her what the chinese name was, she didn't pick up, so my second attempt - get into the cab behind. "Kowloon Tong Baptist Hospital ar" and the driver goes " mut yeh hospital?". I'm saying the private hospital lair.. the "see ga yee yuen".."the nearest hospital perhaps?"... He has no idea what I am talking about. In the meantime, my cousin still hasn't called me back. "Go to the cab behind me and see if he knows what you are talking about" he tells me. Meanwhile, there's 10+ people waiting in line for cabs. So I get out of this second cab, then make my way to the next, people are now starting to look at me very strangely. "Kowloon Tong Baptist Hospital ar"... "mut yeh hospital ar?" - thank goodness at this time, my mobile rings and it's my cousin!!! She told me word for word - which I repeated to the driver. (I have now forgotten)

Even though I had "abit" of a taxi challenge =), i finally managed to get there in time to see the BB. Unfortunately, I could only view her through a glass window. Hopefully will be able to hold in her a couple of days when she goes home!!!

The Peak

Today is the first time i've been to The Peak this visit to Hong Kong. It is also the first time in HK in the last 4 months that i've seen so many greens as well as a waterfall. It reminds me of the Blue Mountain walks I used to do. We did a really nice walk and the weather was perfect for it. No sun, no rain. A nice cool breeze!!! It was really nice and I managed to get some nice clear pics and smell the fresh tree smells. I miss miss miss !!!

Today is the 1st July - HK Establishment Day, so there are heaps of people on the streets and road closures from Causeway Bay to Central for celebrations. My safest bet was to watch the fireworks at home rather than being squashed in between the many many people on the streets!

Happy Birthday !!

Wishing a very happy birthday to a very special person! I hope you like the present and you have a very happy year ahead. All the best in Zhu Hoi!

+ 2

With so many uncertainties in life and not knowing what the futures holds, how can you promise anything to someone? I've always been the type of person that wants to know the facts. I want definites. I want confirmations. If you start telling me a story now, i'd like you to finish the story and not leave it half hanging. If I was having an argument with a boyfriend, I would like to have it solved that day, that night, not sleep over it and have it go on for days.

For some reason, i'm extremely happy and comfortable with uncertainties with certain issues that are surrounding me. Before, I would never have been happy and comfortable. It's always either this or that. Never let's just see what happens by the end of the year. Never let's just see what happens by February next year ( my 1 year anniversary in Hong Kong!!hehehe ).

I feel there will be light at the end of the tunnel and that I am somehow guided. "R" reminded me of my 45 minute non stop serious discussion about not wanting to relocate to HK around May last year. I was reminded how firm I was. How I had every reason to back myself t why I wouldn't move. No budging. But then, look what happened. Where am I now?

I don't want to know any answers now. I am VERY happy with things being uncertain because there are so many things I am unsure of myself - maybe Dee, your fortune teller will tell me! hehehe =)

One good thing about HK - Another long weekend in Hong Kong for July 1st celebrations.
Predicted weather forcast - hot hot hot and rain rain rain !!!
Feeling very happy dilly again today with big smiles all around !!!
+2 because I feel i've had a really happy June!! Thank you!!

Durian ... YUM !!

Thanks to R, I finally had the opportunity to buy a whole durian home, because someone kindly offered to open it for me!! IT WAS SOOO YUMMY !!!!

Mini Reunion

It's been a while since I have caught up with my best girlfriends. No doubt, chatting and laughing non stop over a delicious dinner at Hanagushi. We had yummy yakitori (beats Totoya in Neutral Bay), soft shell crab roll, california roll, crunchy prawn roll and a soft shell crab and mango salad, green tea ice cream with red bean dessert, followed by cocktails. Definitely is the most fun, relaxing and happiest time i've had in HK. Becs.. I wish you can stay for longer!!!

Yin Earth

The ancient Chinese astronomers called the five major planets by the names of the element they were associated with: Venus corresponds to Metal (gold); Jupiter to Wood; Mercury to Water; Mars to Fire; Saturn to Earth. According to Chinese Astrology, a person's destiny can be determined by the position of the major planets, along with the positions of the Sun, Moon and comets and the person's time of birth and Zodiac Sign.

When trying to calculate the relevant year, an easy rule to follow is that years that end in an even number are yang, those that end with an odd number are yin. The cycle proceeds as follows:

If the year ends in 0 it is Yang Metal.
If the year ends in 1 it is Yin Metal.
If the year ends in 2 it is Yang Water.
If the year ends in 3 it is Yin Water.
If the year ends in 4 it is Yang Wood.
If the year ends in 5 it is Yin Wood.
If the year ends in 6 it is Yang Fire.
If the year ends in 7 it is Yin Fire.
If the year ends in 8 it is Yang Earth.
If the year ends in 9 it is Yin Earth.

If you were born 1977 Feb 4 to 1978 Feb 3 your heaven element is Fire and your combination element is earth.
If you were born 1978 Feb 4 to 1979 Feb 3 your heaven element is Earth and yourncombination element is fire.

High Tea at Park Lane

My first High Tea experience in Hong Kong - not that great. Not bad, but not fantastic either. This is the first time i've been to High Tea in Hong Kong. I think my expectations were too high. I actually thought it was going to be desserts, desserts and more desserts. In fact, at Cafe One, it was more sushi, sashimi, hot foods, cold meats, dim sims and a very small table of desserts. But at 3.30pm - 5.30pm, how much can you eat? For people that like savoury, i'm sure you'd enjoy this buffet alot more than me. For $160 honkie per person, I think it can be a dinner!!! They had salmon, salads, fish & chips (which I hadn't had for a very long time, and I do miss..)tandoori chicken, dumplings, spring rolls, BBQ pork buns, steamed yumcha dumplings. One thing that was really nice was their chickpea salad. It was sooo good! mmmhhh ... =P

The desserts they had: Sago, blueberry and mango puddings, soft serve ice cream, immediately made waffles - which tasted like flour, apple crumble, two different cheesecakes, a chocolate cheesecake (this scored "+") hehe =)
They also had a fruit and marshmellow fondeau, which was ok, nothing special.
Another "++" for the pineapple pieces was MEGA fresh and very sweet, very yummy. But thats because they are in season now in Hong Kong! I've bought that type of quality pineapple from City Super for $18 honkie for 6 slices!!!

Rating: 50% - average
Would I go again? No
Would I recommend or take friends there? No

It's been 3 months!!!

Here's my latest update:

1. I've fallen in love... with my new discovery of a cheap & good massage place in Wan Chai, only $70hkd for 45 mins! How great is that !!!
2. Still trying to get used to the crowd and the many many people of HK.
3. Preparing myself for my first HK hot hot summer.
4. Met some new friends & have caught up with old friends.
5. Bought a new handheld steam iron - it's really really good!!!
6. Still haven't turned on the stove to cook anything at home yet. Bought some eggs to boil but it's still sitting in the fridge!
7. Work is good BUT very busy!
8. Looking forward to seeing my two fantastic girlfriends in June - and my mum in July!!
9. Indoor rock climbing on a weekly basis - hope i can keep it up!
10. Considering doing a sailing course - "thought" is still in progress! hehee =)
11. Will be doing my first SFC exam end of June... I have started reading - but reading only. Need to start memorising soon because it's all mc!!
12. Thanks to R, my 2 little pink IKEA stools are now fixed (finally after 3 months) and no longer fall when I move it. Apparently it needed to be hammered in, and I obviously wasn't strong enough. hehee =)
13. Will be going to my first Tea Buffet in HK this weekend. I wonder if the desserts will be as yummy as ones in Sydney, because so far, I haven't had any desserts I find yummier than Sydney - besides a place in Causeway Bay that makes really really nice and smooth "serng pei lai".

The Sydney Harbour Bridge

I climbed this bridge in 2005, given to me as my birthday present. We climbed the sunset session. I had never had such a beautiful view of the city, water, the Opera House and the sunset. It was a fantastic experience. It was so much fun, lots of happy memories, and one of the best experiences I would never forget. Here in Hong Kong, i'm facing a hurdle. It reminds me of the Syndey Harbour Bridge. But this time, instead of stopping halfway, descending back inside the western arch. I need to start from one side to get to the other side. I hope I can get to the other side with the same happiness and same experience that I have previously experienced =)
I miss Sydney soooo much !!!!

Back into climbing!

I'm finally back into my climbing routine!! I went to do an introductory course yesterday at YMCA in TST. It was a 3 hour course with 6 people. It was alot of fun and very interesting. I learnt how to tie rope knots into my harness. I learnt how to clip the Grigri - a metal tool for belaying where you need to attach it onto the rope and connect it with a carabiner onto my harness when belaying.

Rock climbing in HK is very different to climbing at St Leonards. As you can see, the ropes just hang from the top. Theres nothing on the ground to attach to the harness. So, if you are belaying someone alot heavier than you - the chances are you will lift from the ground when you are the belayer - which is what happened to me! I learnt the technique to balance and to keep my feet on the floor an lean against the wall for support. After 2 hours of tying knots and practicing the attach the Grigri on the ropes, climbing and belaying, we had to do an assessment. This assessment consisted of making sure that you knew how to tie the ropes correctly, double check your partners carabiner to make sure it's locked and connected properly, how to control the Grigri to ensure your partner is let down smoothly, belaying and last of all - which is the scariest - learn how to fall.

Learning how to fall part of the assessment was when I had climbed up right to the top, the belayer lets go of 2 meters of rope. To a count of 4, I must let go, push both feet away from the rocks, have my arms out straight and let myself fall 2 meters down. It's scary when you know you need to fall. My heart was pounding very very quickly when I was counting to fall. It's hard to let go when I know i'm going to fall. I had to yell "fall" before I let go as well. The first attempt after I counted to 4, I couldn't let go. The second attempt, I didn't use my feet to push the rocks, so my shoes skidding along the rocks. If in a real life situation, you don't push yourself away from the rocks, you will scratch your face and body during a fall. Then the assessor very nicely gave me a third attempt. Thank goodness I manged to push myself out with my feet and let myself fall. A very scary but a great learning experience.

Then I had to swap. I had to belay a girl who was to fall. By her falling, I had to get my my feet ready so when she fell, I would push myself away from the rocks while still holding to the rope, I wouldn't hit towards the rocks.

It was alot of fun and we're going to make this our weekly activity!

Through a phone call

When I see an "unknown" word on my phone when my phone rings, I get somewhat happy. A huge smile comes across on my face wondering who this person may be even though I already know the general routine of who calls at what time.

It's a amazing that when you know a person really well, you can tell whether the person is happy or sad through their first "hello", without even them saying another word - through a phone call.
I got a phone call today from an "unknown" caller. After the first "hello", I heard silence. A long pause of silence. Then sniffles. Huffing and puffing and more sniffles. It hurts me to hear someone who is most important to me in my life, who means the world to me, who I treasure and love the most cry to me on the phone. It doesn't happen often, so when it does, I know it MUST be something serious. My heart ached. And there was nothing I could do besides hold the phone and make sure it was known that I was listening and I was there. I tried to be reassuring, as reassuring as I can be. I know what is needed. A great big hug! A great big kiss!

How I wish I can be back to give you just that.

Landmark Forum

"The Landmark method is more like coaching than teaching, more like conversation than lecture. While conventional education methods focus on content (adding facts, rules, or skills to our knowledge), the Landmark method deals with context - the framework(s) in which content can exist.

Whenever we're limited in life, there is something - a context or framework - that we are blind to and that is holding that limitation in place. Landmark's technology allows you to create breakthroughs in a two-step process in which you:

• Uncover and examine the blind spots or context holding you back in your life.
• Find out where your current context originated and address it for what it really is.

Having completed these two steps, a new realm of possibility is available to you. The constraints from the past disappear. Your view of life, your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions, change - and the change is immediate, dramatic, and without effort. It is a breakthrough."

For more info,visit Landmark @ http://www.landmarkeducation.com/

Since starting my job here in HK, I've been approached by a collegue to join Landmark Forum. For those who don't know what it is; it's a 4 day intense 9am - 10pm course. It cost about $5000 hkd for the 4 days. The way I was first approached, I thought this Landmark Forum wasn't too bad. It's not my type of thing, but I listened and agreed to go on a free information seminar - IF only I wasn't going to be "forced" to take the course.

This collegue and I got to be pretty close friends. We share our day to day things very openly. Our views on our jobs, our relationships and life in general. She is one person who i've learnt to trust and open up to in HK. She has made me feel very welcome in HK and have invited me out to keep me company. Every time we chatted, the topic of Landmark will come up and she would tell me how it's helped her with her life - and of course how it can help me with my life. How it helped her get over her mothers suicide when she was really young. How she coped with her divorce. How it's helped her and her fiance now and how it's helped her in relationships and communicating people. It's brang back memories of how my Christian friends express their thoughts of their religions and how they have been helped. I don't question one's belief, especially since they are my friends so I don't question hers. I only comment on those who express very strongly on their religious beliefs but do opposite. I accept their beliefs. But last night, while chatting with my collegue, I shared with her something thats happened in my life about 4 years ago. It really shattered and hurt me when she told me that Landmark can help me put down and forget the past. She asked me how I was coping and I said "fine" but there are still things I can't put down. She told me about how a guy's wife died and after he went to the Landmark, he was able to put her down and be really happy - straight away. She told me he didn't need "time to heal". It was a breakthrough. Hearing this made me feel so empty - like the people that go to these Forums don't have any feelings and emotions. How can someone just be really happy and let go the fact that he has lost his wife in just 4 days. What about all those memories? She then compared his healing with mine. I really felt hurt and offended. I don't know why. I couldn't express to her how I felt in hearing that. The only thing I could say was "I think my situation is different." I didn't even bother to explain myself to her. I just left it at that.

I know that it's taken me a while to be where I am in my recovery, I know I have my family and my wonderful friends to support me. I know there are certain barriers I cannot cross yet. I know that there are certain things that I cannot put down. I don't doubt that people have had been healed and really good experiences through Landmark. But I don't want to. It's not my type of thing. I know one day I will be able to overcome my barriers. I know I can, when I really really want to.

Shoe Obsession

Soft leather, ballet with 2.5cm heels, 6cm heels, round toes, pointed toe, peep toe to square toe.

In the last couple of weeks, my obsession for shoes have grown. For the number of shoes I brought back with me to HK which wasn't many - the quantity has magically (times 2.5) in just 3 months. heheeee =)

My Central discovery - A shoe shop that makes shoes and they are comfy !! They use real leather and they tailor it to your feet. If the heels too high, they will lower it for me, if it slips, they can add a strap. Went yesterday during lunch to ask how much it costs to get them made. Answer: $320 hkd + 3 weeks.

Next step - Choose the ones I like and get them made!!! wowoowooo!

Boat Trip to Lamma Island

Because of a record month, work decided to take us for a dinner at Lamma Island. We all left the office and arrived at Queen's Pier at 6.30pm. The weather was fantastic. The sky was clear and it wasn't muggy. We could even see the stars and the moon very clearly! We arrived at Lamma Island around 8pm and dined at Rainbow Restaurant. The seafood was very nice - we had salt & pepper squid, salt and pepper prawns, one steamed fish, one deep fried fish with sweet and sour sauce, butter lobster, lemon chicken, veges, fried rice... all very yummy =)

HK is ok - Sydney is better !

I've decided that i'm going to give this a serious go. I'm no longer going to sit here whinging and complaining about how much I don't like HK. Even though I feel like i'm hating it day by day. If you ask me, I can give you a long long list of all the negatives. Sometimes I just sit here, thinking how much I don't like this and how i don't like that, and then try to make myself feel better by thinking of the positive things of HK. I've decided (and i've been told) i'm going to stop thinking about what i don't like all together and make the most of HK. I said i'm going to give myself at least 1 year in HK. If I keep going the way I am, I don't think i can last another 10 months. I've promised myself that when people ask me "do you like HK?", i'm no longer going to answer "no", because then they ask why and then I start listing my complaints.. haha =). I'm just going to answer " Ok la.. BUT Sydney is better " hehee and leave it at that.
Hopefully this will work ** fingers crossed **!!

女人本性

I went to watch my cousin film her new film today -女人本性. The scene was filmed at an office in Exchange Square II, Central. It stars 2 main actress, Gigi Leung and Fiona Sit. It was a great experience watching her film, eating and chatting with the camera crew, costume and background crew. I watched everyone go silent when the camera man shouted "ACTION". New takes and many laughs when another take needs to be taken again because Gigi forgot her lines. I got to see all the "kei lair fair" sit in the hallway, with layers of clothes over them just sitting there waiting for their turn. I was lucky cos I got to watch the filming, seeing my cousin tell the people what to do. I saw them move from one conference room scene to another office scene. They took down the lights and everything so quickly. When I looked at my cousin and the way she worked, I admired her. I never knew how powerful she can be. Everyone listened to every word she said. When she mentioned that this scene was taking longer than expected, everyone just moved extra fast. And because of my powerful cousin, I got to take the following pics ~ hhehee =)
More pics are viewable on my space! Hope this movie turns out great !!

I can't remember the name of the lady below, but she just looks really really familiar! hehe

The topic of ex's

I'm curious why some people can't let go of certain things that have happened in the past. I, myself, have experienced hurt in relationships, but i've learnt that in time, your heart heals. Each relationship has it's own value, a lesson learnt and a spot in my heart. But I believe that in time, your heart heals, especially when you have entered a new relationship. This is when the door to your heart opens for your new "someone". I believe that when you enter a new relationship, you have put down the past and are ready to start something new and fresh with your new somebody. I have friends who are in a relationships and can get really upset when they talk about their ex's. Their emotions fluctuate alot when they talk about their ex's. They talk about how happy they were, what he/she use to do, what they miss and the list continues. Does that mean that they are not over their ex? Is it fair on their current partner? I don't really understand. What does it mean when an ex is getting married in August, but totally refuses to hear about you or meet you because you are a "sensitive topic"? When I heard he was getting married, I was very happy for him. I said to my friend that he must be very happy and in love his current girlfriend but my friend said "No, not really. There are still somethings he can't put down." I can't seem to understand this concept. How can someone marry someone if you can't put down the past? But he obviously can.

I always feel that it's fate that two people can be together. Whether it works out is another matter but the friendship and bond will always be there. I feel lucky to be able to stay friends with that someone who I got to know really well. Who I could share my happy and sad times. It's ashame to have them out of your life but I guess thats not often the case.

Easter holiday

I was starting to feel abit sad, reading Dida's blog. Seeing BBQ photo's very similar to ones that we have previous taken with one person missing. me.
Having a friend here from Sydney brings me warmth and happiness of being in HK. Endless shopping, eating, chatting and lots of laughs. Latest updates on our mutual friends. Having a 5 day in a row holiday just tops it up. Today, apart from having a yummy vietnamese lunch and shopping, we went and did a 85 minute body and foot massage. This is the most relaxing 85 minutes i've had since i've been in HK!!!

stupid taxi drivers

I can't express how much I hate taxi drivers. I'm suprised that with a small place like HK, i'd expect taxi drivers to know where they are going and be able TO DRIVE IN THEIR LANE!!!
Tonight, the first time, i felt scared to be in a taxi. This stupid taxi driver was looking anywhere BUT straight when he was driving. He looked left and right out the window, he looked at the meter, he looked at the air conditioner controls - he was sliding into the right lane! I had to tell him to look forward cos he was going in the other lane. When he drove, the white lane was in between the 2 wheels of the car. I'm serious. He must be blind or have seriously bad night vision. How I wish I could of kicked him off and drove home myself ! Before I got on the cab (realising now that SOME cabs take you to HK Island and others don't) I asked him whether he goes to Quarry Bay. He said "yes" very confidently before I jumped in the cab. I gathered that if he knew how to get to the place I was at - some enclosed bar place in TST, he would know how to get to Quarry Bay. But he didn't. He lied. And since I didn't know the way back, it didn't make things any easier. Thank goodness he got lost and somehow landed on the other side of my street so as soon as I saw my street, i asked if he could stop and let me off. (and of cos, my good memory! hehhee )

The lesson learnt - maybe i should keep a map of my street in my wallet so that I can show the damn taxi drivers next time !!!

** My sincere apologies to those who have family members/friends that are taxi drivers - no offence, but seriously, this one was BAD!!!!

back into routine !!

I've been here in HK for close to 2 months now. In another 3 days, it'll be exactly 2 months. The humidity and the temperature here has reminded me that a hot & humid summer will be coming very very soon. I can already feel the humidity. I could see little drops of gel like water around the unit. My sheets are moist. The air feels sticky. Thank goodness for my little dehumidifier - which was given to me by a very kind collegue. Not to mention my lovely landlord who's going to replace my exisiting 2 air conditioners brand new!! ( I only called her on Friday to tell her it was too noisy and it caused me sleepless nights AND it didn't seem to be working very well AND it was blowing some funny air out....the noise bit was true, it's really really noisy and it DID cause me 1 sleepless night.... the working & the air blowing bit, i did exaggerate a little) hehe.. =) Anyways, I'll be getting my new (and hopefully quiet) air conditioners this Wednesday!!

I've realised my need for exercising in the last week or so. I've been doing yoga at home but with the weight that i've gained and the mega unhealthy eating habits i've adopted, it doesn't seem enough, so today i went to get a hoola hoop!!
I feel so happy that i'm finally back into my hoola hooping routine =) Please let me introduce you to.....
